Halo Collar Integrates 24/7 Veterinary Access Into Membership Plans

Owners of the Halo Collar GPS dog fence will gain unlimited, around-the-clock access to licensed veterinarians starting this week. By integrating the Pawp platform into existing membership tiers, the company aims to broaden its services beyond location tracking and boundary management into comprehensive, on-demand pet health support.

The new benefit allows Halo Pack members to consult with veterinary professionals via chat or video at no additional cost. This move signals a strategic shift for the Woodcliff Lake-based manufacturer, which co-founded its system with trainer Cesar Millan. By partnering with Pawp, Halo positions itself as an end-to-end ecosystem rather than a standalone safety tool for tracking and training.

Ken Ehrman, CEO of Halo Collar, stated that the initiative is designed to provide premium health guidance without the traditional price tag. The integration will be rolled out as part of the company's "Pack Perks" program. Current users of the Halo Collar 5, which retails for $524, can expect further instructions on accessing the platform through the existing mobile app soon. The system currently protects over 500,000 dogs across the United States.
