Bret Paulson joins the company as Senior Vice President of Market Access, bringing nearly three decades of experience from roles at Otsuka, Horizon, and Amgen. Tasked with steering global market access and reimbursement strategies, Paulson will focus on ensuring patient access as the firm’s therapeutic offerings grow. His arrival marks a strategic push to solidify payer partnerships across an increasingly complex product landscape.
Internal promotions round out the leadership changes. David Bradfute transitions to Senior Vice President and Global Head of Intellectual Property, while also assuming the role of Managing Director for Neurocrine Switzerland GmbH. Bradfute, a veteran of the firm since 2017, will oversee the protection of the company's scientific innovations from his base in Basel. Meanwhile, Aaron Vosburgh steps into the role of Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting. Having spent eight years with the company, Vosburgh will now spearhead enterprise financial strategy, aligning capital allocation with long-term research and development goals. These moves signal a deliberate effort to blend seasoned external perspective with deep institutional knowledge to sustain the company's trajectory.
