Huntington Bancshares Maintains Common Stock Dividend

Shareholders of Huntington Bancshares Incorporated will receive a quarterly cash dividend of $0.155 per common share on October 1, 2026. The payment, confirmed by the bank’s Board of Directors, maintains the dividend at the same level as the previous quarter for all shareholders of record as of September 17.

Beyond its common stock payout, the Columbus-based financial institution outlined dividend schedules for seven series of preferred stock. These preferred dividends are set for distribution throughout October and November.

The payment schedule for preferred shareholders includes:

    • Floating Rate Series B: $16.78632394 per share, payable October 15.
    • Series F Fixed-Rate Reset: $1,406.25 per share, payable October 15.
    • Series G Fixed-Rate Reset: $1,112.50 per share, payable October 15.
    • Series H Fixed-Rate Reset: $11.25 per share, payable October 15.
    • Series J Fixed-Rate Reset: $17.19 per share, payable October 15.
    • Series K Fixed-Rate Reset: $1,562.50 per share, payable October 15.
    • Series L Non-Cumulative Perpetual: $343.75 per share, payable November 20.
Huntington Bancshares, which manages $284 billion in assets, operates as a top-10 commercial bank in the United States. The company currently maintains a network of over 1,400 branches spanning 21 states.
