The Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Staff issued the notice after Fly-E Group failed to file its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. While the warning did not immediately threaten the company’s presence on the exchange, it set a clock on the firm to resolve the oversight or face potential delisting. Under standard procedures, the company had until September 21 to submit a plan for regaining compliance, which could have extended the deadline into early 2027.
Fly-E Group rendered the formal remediation plan unnecessary by submitting the overdue Annual Report on Form 10-K to the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 23. By closing the reporting gap two days after receiving the notice, the company has effectively addressed the procedural default. Fly-E Group, which specializes in the design and retail of electric motorcycles and scooters under the Fly E-Bike brand, remains listed on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol FLYE.
