The company identified suspicious activity within its network on January 19, prompting an immediate investigation alongside third-party forensic specialists and federal law enforcement. Following a comprehensive review of the compromised systems, Safetyfirst Systems began notifying potentially affected individuals. While the scope of the exposed data varies per person, the incident involved personal identifiers that the company acknowledges are critical to protect.

In response, the firm has bolstered its technical safeguards and monitoring protocols to prevent further intrusions. Affected individuals are advised to monitor their financial accounts and credit reports for irregularities. Safetyfirst Systems has established a dedicated assistance line at 1-833-289-5523, operating weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET, to handle inquiries regarding the security event.
