Bull-Dog Sauce Profit Slides as Quarterly Earnings Hit 601 Million Yen

Revenue for the Japanese manufacturer reached 3.71 billion yen, slightly edging out the 3.70 billion yen recorded in 2025. Efficiency gains helped push operating profit to 154 million yen, up from 125 million yen previously. Pretax profit also showed strength, climbing to 890 million yen compared to 418 million yen in the prior year.

Earnings per share fell to 47.69 yen, down significantly from 135.31 yen in the first quarter of 2025. These figures, released under Japanese accounting standards, reflect a complex financial period where operational gains were overshadowed by the decline in net profit.
