Dott Restarts Bond Restructuring After Investor Consultations

Dott, the micromobility provider operating under TIER Mobility SE, has scrapped its current written procedure for its 150 million euro senior secured floating rate bonds. The company opted to withdraw the proposal after securing feedback from bondholders representing over half of the adjusted nominal debt, signaling a shift in terms.

The issuer confirmed that a revised written procedure will be launched shortly, once updated documentation is finalized. While the specific adjustments to the terms remain undisclosed, Dott expects to distribute a new notice through Euronext Securities Oslo to all registered bondholders. The agent for the debt, Nordic Trustee & Agency AB, will manage the distribution and host the formal notice on its website.

This move follows an initial attempt to restructure the 2025/2029 bonds announced on July 17. By engaging with investors holding more than 50 percent of the debt, the company aims to align the new procedure with the consensus reached during recent discussions. Investors should monitor the agent’s portal for the updated timeline and requirements, as the company prepares to announce the final outcome of the new voting process in a future disclosure.
