The rankings reflect a broader industry trend where utilities are measured by their responsiveness and operational dependability. Dave Johnson, PSE&G’s Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Experience Officer, credits the achievement to the company’s focus on serving its 2.4 million electric and 1.9 million gas customers through consistent energy delivery and cost-management tools.

Beyond standard service, the utility has prioritized communication strategies during severe weather events. By utilizing text, mobile applications, and social media to provide real-time status updates, the company aims to maintain reliability throughout its infrastructure. This latest recognition adds to a streak of performance accolades, including 24 consecutive years of the ReliabilityOne Award for the Mid-Atlantic region and recent top-tier customer satisfaction scores from J.D. Power.
