The new appointees include Lori Goode of Index Exchange, OMD Worldwide's Ellen Griffin, eos executive Ellen Hawes, Unilever’s Aaron Sobol, and Moet Hennessy USA’s Carlos Zepeda. These additions join a diverse governing slate led by Board Chair Sophie Kelly of Diageo, tasked with steering the organization’s educational programming and foundation initiatives.

Beyond leadership updates, the organization honored eleven individuals with the 2026 President’s Awards, recognizing exceptional volunteer contributions. A highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of "The Key to the Club" to Lee Nadler, the CMO of Flip. Nadler, who transitioned from a Young Pro participant to Board Chair, was recognized for his long-standing role as an ambassador for the Club. The organization continues to operate as a central hub for the media industry in New York, managing the International ANDY Awards and cultivating a talent pipeline through its dedicated foundation.
