A $5 million investment has brought a massive 53,000-square-foot fitness center to Fayetteville’s Cross Creek Plaza. Operated by franchisee JF Fitness, the new facility at 1782 Skibo Road introduces the Crunch 3.0 design concept, which prioritizes a mix of modern aesthetics and specialized training zones. The gym features extensive amenities including Olympic lifting platforms, a hot yoga studio, dedicated HIIT zones, and a full recovery suite equipped with cryotherapy, hydro-massage beds, and saunas. The site also includes a Kids Crunch center and specialized studios for cycling and functional training.

CEO John Freeland noted that the expansion aims to serve a broad demographic, from novice gym-goers to professional athletes, with membership plans starting at $9.99 per month. To incentivize early adoption, the company is offering founding member packages for the first 500 sign-ups, alongside tailored membership options for military personnel and veterans. The brand currently maintains a strong growth trajectory, recently securing a spot in the Entrepreneur Franchise 500 Hall of Fame, with plans to open over 15 additional locations throughout the Southeast within the coming year.
