The amended filing adds managing directors Brandon Graffeo and Jon Wolter, alongside associate Kelly Crowe, as defendants. Rana contends that Graffeo and Wolter actively campaigned to sabotage his reputation in the finance industry following his resignation last October, leading to his subsequent termination at another firm. Crowe is specifically accused of using racial epithets and labeling him an HR liability. While JPMorgan and Hajdini maintain that the allegations are meritless, with Hajdini filing a countersuit for defamation, the case adds to a series of high-profile controversies currently facing the banking giant.
