These strategic hires aim to accelerate the adoption of the company's ECM technology and capitalize on shifting market conditions for outpatient care.

Michael Lynskey joins the executive leadership team with over two decades of experience in advanced wound healing. His background includes an 11-year stint at Smith+Nephew, alongside previous tenures at Stryker and Johnson & Johnson. In his new capacity, Lynskey will spearhead the company’s global commercial growth strategy.

Mike Falcon takes the helm as General Manager for US commercial operations, tasked with scaling the company's market share. Falcon transitions to the firm from LifeNet Health, where he spent a decade honing his expertise in biologics and wound care. His resume also includes leadership roles at Biomet and Johnson & Johnson. CEO Brian Ward noted that these additions provide the necessary commercial expertise to execute the company's objectives within the competitive American healthcare landscape.
