According to Manoj Mehta, President of EMEA at Cognizant, the initiative addresses a common industry bottleneck where organizations possess enthusiasm for AI but struggle to convert that momentum into tangible financial results.

Early implementations of this model are already underway. The company is currently assisting a major European online fashion retailer in establishing an AI factory, a system capable of condensing development cycles from months to days. Simultaneously, a global pharmaceutical firm is leveraging these multi-agent systems to refine research and development processes, including drug discovery and clinical trial design. By maintaining a vendor-neutral stance, Cognizant aims to navigate regional data sovereignty and regulatory requirements, allowing clients to select technology stacks tailored to their specific operational needs rather than locking them into a single ecosystem.
