Dave Chatmon, a district manager with 18 years at Lennox, received the HVAC Legend award for a career spanning more than 40 years. His tenure is marked by his focus on mentorship and professional development, most notably through the creation of the Lennox Vision Tech training initiative. Beyond technical education, Chatmon helped launch the Feel the Love program, which supplies heating and cooling systems to families and organizations in need across North America.
