The organization has appointed Dr. Sundeep Shah as its new Chief Medical Officer to oversee this transition. A specialist in internal medicine and kidney disease, Dr. Shah will manage clinical strategy and provider collaboration across the firm's growing network. His arrival marks a deliberate effort to integrate multidisciplinary care, ensuring that podiatry remains the practice's foundation while layering on complementary treatments for chronic conditions.

Simultaneously, Evolve Health is scaling its physical therapy presence, adding rehabilitation services to its University location in Tampa and its Kissimmee facility. This growth brings the organization’s rehabilitation footprint to three sites, aiming to streamline patient recovery by housing therapy within the same network where they receive primary podiatric and medical care. CEO Dr. Vivek Patel noted that the expansion is designed to foster closer coordination between specialists, directly addressing the complex healthcare requirements of the communities across the state.
