CEO Bert Bean attributed the consistent performance to the company's internal culture, noting that the ability to navigate both favorable and challenging economic cycles remains the firm's primary differentiator.

As the company moves beyond traditional staffing, it is aggressively expanding its footprint in consulting and artificial intelligence. The recent launch of IG Labs signals a strategic pivot toward enterprise transformation services. With overall demand for the company’s services rising by 15%, Insight Global is prioritizing investments in technology and workforce solutions to sustain its growth trajectory.
