The collaboration extends beyond game development to modernize how Iowans interact with the lottery. Plans include a significant overhaul of the mobile app, website, and player support tools to create a seamless loyalty experience across all channels. Having worked with the Iowa Lottery since its 1985 inception, Scientific Games currently manages the state's gaming systems and point-of-sale technology, positioning this expansion as a logical step in their long-standing industrial partnership.
