Manischewitz Enters Reality TV With Matchmaking Dating Show

Twenty Jewish singles are putting their romantic lives on display in Manischewitz Matchmakers, a new reality series launched by the 138-year-old food brand. Developed alongside comedian Eitan Levine, the digital-first show aims to modernize the age-old tradition of matchmaking through a mix of humor, competition, and cultural connection.

The series, which premiered on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, marks a departure for the brand traditionally associated with holiday tables and kosher staples. Producers structured the competition around a series of challenges for the 20 contestants, ultimately narrowing the field to four pairs who vie for the title of "Most Couply Couple." Winners secure a "Summer of Love" prize package, though the production emphasizes that the goal is to foster genuine relationships beyond the screen.

Marketing manager Talia Sabag noted that the show serves as an extension of the brand's long-standing role in community gatherings, aiming to translate the intimacy of a dinner table into a modern dating format. Eitan Levine, who spearheaded the project, described the show as an attempt to capture the pervasive nature of Jewish matchmaking—where, he joked, someone is always considering who you should date from the moment you are born. The episodes, now available across the company's social channels, lean into the unpredictability of contemporary dating while maintaining a focus on Jewish identity.
