Associated Banc-Corp Maintains Quarterly Dividend Payouts

Shareholders of Green Bay-based Associated Banc-Corp are set to receive regular quarterly cash dividends on September 15, 2026. The board authorized these payments for both common stock and two series of perpetual preferred stock, maintaining the firm's established distribution schedule for investors of record by the start of September.

The company declared a cash dividend of $0.24 per common share for investors of record as of September 1, 2026. Alongside the common stock payout, the board confirmed distributions for its preferred series: $0.3671875 per depositary share for the 5.875% Series E and $0.3515625 per depositary share for the 5.625% Series F Perpetual Preferred Stock.

Headquartered in Wisconsin, Associated Banc-Corp remains the state's largest bank holding company with $52 billion in total assets. The institution operates across the Midwest, maintaining a network of over 200 locations and expanding its reach through loan production offices in states including New York, Texas, and Michigan.
