The rise in consumer interest for personalized, at-home frozen treats has pushed the global market for these appliances toward a projected $1.9 billion valuation this year. Cuisinart’s new model, the ICE-CMB10, targets this demand by consolidating two machines into a single 1.5-quart unit. The appliance features one-touch controls and an easy-lock lid, allowing users to incorporate mix-ins like fruits, nuts, or cookies into their batches.
Danielle Cowden, product director for the ice cream division, noted that the machine aims to simplify dessert preparation for families and social gatherings. The unit is currently available at major retailers including Amazon, Kohl's, and Macy's, carrying a suggested retail price of $99.95. Each purchase includes a three-year limited warranty, reflecting the brand’s focus on durability in the competitive small appliance category.
