Amrit Ocean Resort Debuts Personalized Wellness Retreat Program

Priced at $1,400 per night, the new Amrit Signature Wellness Retreat on Singer Island combines ancient healing practices with advanced medical technology. The program, launching for National Wellness Month, utilizes a proprietary support system to provide guests with tailored coaching both during their stay and long after they depart.

The retreat centers on five core pillars: mindfulness, nutrition, fitness, relaxation, and sleep. Upon arrival, guests are paired with a dedicated Wellness Ambassador who manages their itinerary and coordinates daily treatments. Each day features two distinct therapies: one rooted in traditional modalities like Ayurvedic Abhyanga or Reiki, and another utilizing modern tech such as hyperbaric oxygen or red-light therapy. This pairing aims to bridge the gap between historical wisdom and current scientific advancements.

A key component of the experience is the 40,000-square-foot Aayush Hydrothermal Circuit, which features contrast pools, salt inhalation chambers, and hydro-reflexology paths. Beyond spa services, the program integrates social elements through daily rituals, including oceanfront dining at TULA and nightly beachfront gatherings. Co-founder Shama Barot notes that the initiative is intended to facilitate personal breakthroughs rather than simple leisure, requiring a minimum three-night commitment from visitors seeking a structured, long-term health approach.
