Minocha is widely recognized for his tenure at industry stalwarts including Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, and Trend Micro. His background centers on translating complex strategic visions into operational success, specifically through the architecture of channel partnerships and M&A strategies. At Ballistic Ventures, he will collaborate with existing functional advisors to assist portfolio companies in sharpening their corporate strategies. Simultaneously, he will serve on Decibel’s team of Founder Advisors, providing early-stage guidance to technical founders.

Barmak Meftah, Co-Founder and General Partner at Ballistic Ventures, noted that Minocha’s ability to build alliances is critical for startups looking to accelerate growth. Minocha himself described the current market as an AI and cybersecurity "supercycle," emphasizing that his role is to help founders navigate the transition from early-stage development to market leadership. Jon Sakoda, founder of Decibel Partners, added that Minocha’s expertise is particularly timely given the rapid shifts in security technology driven by artificial intelligence.
