Silicom Shares Climb as Quarterly Losses Shrink and Forecasts Rise

Shares of Silicom jumped 6% to $40.22 following a second-quarter report that showed a significant narrowing of losses alongside an ambitious upward revision of the company’s 2026 revenue projections, marking a sharp continuation of a rally that has seen the stock climb 144% over the past year.

Silicom Shares Climb as Quarterly Losses Shrink and Forecasts Rise

The networking and high-performance computing firm posted a quarterly loss of $2.1 million, or 37 cents a share, improving upon the $3.3 million loss, or 59 cents a share, reported during the same period last year. Revenue saw a substantial lift, climbing to $23.8 million from the $15 million recorded in the prior year’s second quarter. On an adjusted basis, the company reported a loss of 16 cents per share.

Looking toward the immediate horizon, Silicom anticipates third-quarter revenue to fall between $25 million and $26 million. The company’s optimism extends further into the fiscal year, with management raising full-year revenue guidance to a range of $93 million to $95 million, a notable increase from the previous estimate of $82 million to $83 million.
