The company’s net income reached $40.9 million for the quarter, reflecting a 13% margin. When adjusted for non-GAAP metrics, net income rose to $83.3 million, while adjusted EBITDA hit $136.7 million, representing a 43% margin. CEO Matt Hawkins attributed the financial performance to disciplined execution and the platform’s role in streamlining complex interactions between providers, payers, and patients.

Operational metrics signaled continued growth, with 1,453 clients now contributing more than $100,000 in annual revenue, a 15% year-over-year increase. Subscription revenue saw particularly strong gains, climbing 34% to $176.3 million. Looking ahead to the full fiscal year 2026, Waystar projects total revenue between $1.276 billion and $1.294 billion, with adjusted EBITDA expected to land in the $535 million to $545 million range.
