The company’s performance highlights a strategic shift toward high-margin digital expansion and sustained demand in its flagship Las Vegas properties. While consolidated revenue rose 1% year-over-year, net income saw a substantial jump to $292 million, up from $49 million in the same period last year. CEO Bill Hornbuckle credited the results to a diversified portfolio, noting that MGM Digital achieved 20% growth compared to the prior year.

Despite the overall success, the company faced headwinds in its Regional Operations and MGM China segments. Regional revenue dipped 4% due to property dispositions, though same-store figures showed a 3% increase. Meanwhile, MGM China’s segment adjusted EBITDAR declined by 15%. Looking ahead, the company remains focused on long-term capital allocation, including the ongoing development of the MGM Osaka resort, which is scheduled for completion in 2030.
