Jonnie Milich, Head of UK Residential at Starlight, noted that the site represents a strategic move to provide high-quality housing in high-growth markets where demand consistently outpaces supply.

Future development phases will introduce a suite of communal facilities, including a fitness center, yoga studio, co-working spaces, and a 2,000-square-foot rooftop terrace. The finished site will also provide 163 parking spaces for residents. This expansion strengthens Starlight’s broader UK residential platform, which currently manages approximately 4,000 homes and £1.1 billion in assets. As the project evolves, it reflects a wider industry pivot toward build-to-rent models that integrate modern urban design with access to established green spaces.
