Netcore Rebrands to Netcore.ai, Adopting Shared Growth Accountability

London-based martech firm Netcore Cloud has rebranded to Netcore.ai, positioning itself as the industry’s first agentic marketing platform. The transition marks a structural departure from traditional software licensing, as the company now ties its own success to client revenue outcomes through a hybrid model of autonomous AI agents and human growth engineers.

The platform now utilizes seven specialized AI agents to autonomously plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle. By integrating customer engagement, product discovery, and data management into a single stack, these agents process signals in real time to maintain consistency across channels. This technological architecture is designed to handle the velocity of modern digital marketing, managing millions of touchpoints that would otherwise require massive manual oversight.

Despite the reliance on automation, Netcore.ai maintains a human-in-the-loop requirement. Each client is assigned a growth engineer responsible for monitoring performance and applying domain expertise to supplement the AI’s output. Founder and managing director Rajesh Jain noted that the company is shifting away from the standard vendor-client dynamic, where software providers typically step back after implementation. Instead, Netcore.ai’s engagement model is built around specific business KPIs, effectively making the vendor co-accountable for the financial results of the campaigns. This approach targets enterprise organizations under pressure to demonstrate direct revenue returns on their technology investments rather than mere platform adoption. The full suite is currently live across markets in North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
