Buttermore, currently the Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Rockwell Automation, joins the Compensation Committee. He brings extensive experience with semiconductor and data center customers, areas where AAON is increasingly focused.

Jermain, the former CFO of Plexus Corporation, will serve on the Audit Committee. During his twelve-year tenure at Plexus, he oversaw significant portfolio transformations and capital allocation strategies. His expertise in financial governance and M&A is intended to guide the company through its next phase of growth. Both appointments are part of an ongoing succession and board refreshment process aimed at aligning director skill sets with the company’s long-term expansion goals.
