Future construction phases will introduce a suite of lifestyle amenities, including a fitness center, yoga studio, co-working facilities, and a 2,000-square-foot rooftop terrace. The finished site will accommodate residents with 163 parking spaces. This development is part of Starlight’s broader UK portfolio, which currently manages approximately 4,000 homes valued at £1.1 billion. The location offers transit connectivity via Dartford Station, positioning the community as a strategic hub for those commuting into Central London.
