Audience Town Debuts Whengine AI for Home Builder Marketing

Logan-based Audience Town has launched Whengine AI, a conversational tool designed to streamline marketing for home builders. By integrating private community performance data with a massive database of 280 million U.S. adults, the platform aims to automate audience building and strategic analysis for teams often operating with limited resources.

The platform distinguishes itself from generic artificial intelligence by focusing exclusively on the home-buying market. It connects directly to a builder’s website traffic and CRM, allowing users to pose complex strategic questions—such as identifying qualified traffic segments or retargeting specific demographics like homeowners with children—and receive actionable answers within seconds.

Key features include Canvas Mode, a workspace for live data visualization, and direct integration with advertising channels like Meta, enabling marketers to sync audiences without manual list-building or data exports. CEO Ed Carey describes the tool as a force multiplier intended to eliminate the bandwidth gaps that often leave strategic analysis sidelined in smaller marketing departments. The system also emphasizes transparency, providing the specific data sources behind every insight to allow for verification. Whengine AI is now available to all existing Audience Town customers as part of their standard analytics subscription.
