Monona Mayor Nancy Moore expects the venue to act as a significant economic anchor, driving redevelopment along the Broadway Drive corridor and attracting visitors from across the state. The project is set to provide employment for approximately 200–250 local staff members.

Beyond traditional golf games, the site introduces several new features, including a reimagined outfield with enhanced lighting synced to music and a regulation-sized field goal post. To mark the launch, the company is offering a sweepstakes for one year of free game play to guests who book reservations during the opening two-week window. The venue also offers tiered membership options, such as the $20-a-month PlayMore pass, designed to encourage year-round engagement for both casual players and frequent visitors.
