Rather than forcing users into a proprietary ecosystem, the server acts as a bridge that respects the authenticated user’s existing access rights. This ensures that no AI agent can retrieve or modify data beyond what the specific user is authorized to handle, keeping the platform’s Zero Trust security model intact.

Chief Product Officer Pete Feinberg emphasized that the goal is a headless architecture where the platform functions seamlessly alongside a client’s internal tools.
