The company’s E1 Data Processing Unit and X2 switch have gained significant traction among hyperscalers and service providers looking to bypass restrictive legacy architectures. By offering fully programmable, open-standard hardware, Xsight Labs addresses critical bottlenecks in latency and power consumption that currently plague modern data centers. The E1 DPU, featuring 64 Arm Neoverse N2 cores, maintains 800 Gbps line-rate processing while operating under a 75W power envelope, a performance profile that appeals to energy-conscious infrastructure managers.

Beyond the hardware specifications, Xsight Labs is positioning itself as a flexible alternative to proprietary ecosystems. Its software-defined approach allows engineers to utilize standard Linux environments, avoiding the vendor lock-in often associated with specialized networking gear. With this latest investment, the company plans to accelerate its multi-generational product roadmap, specifically targeting emerging Ultra Ethernet Consortium standards. The funds will also support the expansion of engineering teams across the United States, Israel, Europe, and Asia to meet the demands of high-volume Tier-1 customer orders. Additional participants in the round included Intel Capital, T. Rowe Price, and Battery Ventures.
