The San Diego-based company now projects total revenue between $4.60 billion and $4.64 billion for the fiscal year, an upgrade from its previous range of $4.52 billion to $4.62 billion. Adjusted earnings guidance has also been revised upward to $5.30–$5.40 per share. Excluding the impacts of currency fluctuations and the company's exclusion from China’s Unreliable Entities List, organic revenue growth reached 8.1% for the quarter.
Operational performance remained stable, with a GAAP operating margin of 21.1% and a non-GAAP margin of 22.5%. While the company faced a lower GAAP diluted EPS of $1.35 compared to the prior year's $1.49, management emphasized that clinical customers are increasingly adopting sequencing-intensive applications. The firm ended the quarter with $1.17 billion in cash and short-term investments, even as it continues to integrate the recently acquired SomaLogic business into its broader portfolio.
