The Illinois-based firm reported total company revenues of $3.96 billion for the quarter ending June 30, with organic growth reaching 6%. Chairman and CEO J. Patrick Gallagher, Jr. attributed the performance to the company’s diversified strategy and a sustained appetite from clients for specialty expertise and analytics in an increasingly unpredictable risk environment.
Despite the top-line expansion, the company faced significant integration expenses related to major acquisitions, including the recent addition of AssuredPartners. Adjusted net earnings for the total company reached $734 million, or $2.84 per share, compared to $604 million in the same period last year. Gallagher continues to prioritize client retention and new business generation while managing the operational pressures of its aggressive acquisition cycle.
