ZoomInfo Faces Securities Class Action Over Growth Claims

Investors who purchased ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. shares between November 3, 2025, and May 11, 2026, are facing a critical window to join a securities fraud lawsuit. Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP is currently seeking lead plaintiffs after allegations emerged that the software firm misled the market regarding its actual growth trajectory.

The complaint filed against ZoomInfo alleges the company violated the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 by issuing false and misleading statements to shareholders. According to the litigation, management touted robust performance in legacy products and AI-driven innovations while failing to disclose that demand was significantly weakening. This discrepancy between public projections and the company's internal reality caused substantial financial damages once the market corrected for the misinformation.

Shareholders who incurred losses during the specified period have until August 24, 2026, to move for lead plaintiff status. Legal representatives Brian Schall and David Schwartz are inviting affected investors to discuss their rights and potential recovery options. While the class has not yet been certified, participation allows individuals to seek recourse for their holdings before the court establishes formal representation.
