By combining their field sales organizations, the two companies plan to deepen distributor engagement and customer development across the United States. Jordan Vineyard & Winery, established in 1972, will continue under the leadership of proprietor John Jordan, keeping its focus on the French-style hospitality and sustainable vineyard practices that have defined the brand since its inception.

Dom Engels, CEO of Bronco Wine Co., stated the collaboration aligns with the company’s intentional expansion into the premium wine sector. For Jordan, the deal provides a mechanism to navigate a shifting industry landscape. CFO Devonna Smith highlighted that the agreement prioritizes disciplined market execution and long-term brand health. Both parties emphasize that the arrangement is designed to preserve the winery's unique identity while leveraging Bronco's national platform to introduce its products to a broader consumer base.
