Bronco Wine Co. and Jordan Vineyard & Winery Form National Partnership

Family-owned Jordan Vineyard & Winery will integrate its premium Alexander Valley portfolio into Bronco Wine Co.’s national commercial infrastructure starting August 1, 2026. The move aims to scale Jordan’s market reach and distributor support while the Sonoma-based estate maintains its independent operations and long-standing luxury positioning.

The partnership merges Jordan’s five-decade legacy of producing Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay with the expansive sales network of the Ceres-based Bronco Wine Co. By combining their field sales organizations, the two companies plan to deepen distributor engagement and customer development across the United States. Jordan Vineyard & Winery, established in 1972, will continue under the leadership of proprietor John Jordan, keeping its focus on the French-style hospitality and sustainable vineyard practices that have defined the brand since its inception.

Dom Engels, CEO of Bronco Wine Co., stated the collaboration aligns with the company’s intentional expansion into the premium wine sector. For Jordan, the deal provides a mechanism to navigate a shifting industry landscape. CFO Devonna Smith highlighted that the agreement prioritizes disciplined market execution and long-term brand health. Both parties emphasize that the arrangement is designed to preserve the winery's unique identity while leveraging Bronco's national platform to introduce its products to a broader consumer base.
