Since establishing the Government Services practice, Nassif has transformed the unit into one of the firm’s most robust business lines. His strategy centered on integrating AI-assisted workflows and streamlining proposal infrastructure, which directly boosted efficiency and win rates. CEO Bill Britain credited Nassif with fostering a cross-functional environment that aligns the firm’s nationwide resources with the specific requirements of government contracts.
Nassif brings deep institutional experience to the role, having previously steered BBG’s merger and acquisition strategy and organizational design during the firm’s expansion to over 50 offices. In his new capacity, he aims to broaden the company's footprint by identifying emerging opportunities within public-sector real estate needs. Nassif noted that the practice’s trajectory relies on the collaborative expertise of teams across the organization, intending to leverage this momentum to deliver long-term value to government clients and the communities they serve.
