Senzu Cloud founder TJ Huynh and his entire staff have transitioned to BUILDSTR, where they will continue to provide expertise in AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud environments. The acquisition consolidates two engineering-centric cultures under the BUILDSTR brand, aiming to provide clients with a broader portfolio of cloud modernization and FinOps resources while maintaining the personalized, hands-on service model both companies previously championed.

Max Caron, co-founder of BUILDSTR, noted that the merger serves to reinforce the company’s talent base and managed services capacity. For existing Senzu clients, the transition promises a seamless continuation of service, now supported by the more extensive infrastructure and engineering resources available within the BUILDSTR ecosystem. The move represents a significant step in the company's long-term growth strategy, focusing on operational excellence and the delivery of scalable, secure cloud systems.
