The expansion covers a network of 40 providers and 350 staff members across Southeast Michigan, with hubs in Farmington, Livonia, Northville, Novi, South Lyon, Walled Lake, and Westland. This move marks the company’s fourth state of operation, adding to existing sites in Arizona, Massachusetts, and Tennessee.

Bookmark Medical CEO Benson Sloan stated that the primary objective is maintaining continuity for patients, who will retain their current providers, office locations, and contact information during the transition. While the practices will eventually undergo a rebranding to the Bookmark Medical name, company leadership emphasized that the core focus remains on preserving existing doctor-patient relationships. David Hatfield, the organization's Chief Physician Executive, noted that the integration of the Huron Valley group provides a solid foundation for further community-based healthcare investments in the region.
