With a total backlog of $12.7 billion as of July 3, 2026, V2X is recalibrating its financial expectations for the remainder of the year. The company now anticipates full-year revenue between $4.975 billion and $5.025 billion, up from its previous projection. V2X also reported a net debt of $876.1 million, marking a $71.4 million improvement from the prior year, as management works toward a target net leverage ratio of 2.0x by year-end.
