The complaint filed against Roblox claims that company executives provided overly optimistic outlooks while concealing significant hurdles. According to the allegations, Roblox failed to disclose that its growth rates would taper rapidly following the rollout of age verification protocols. This shift reportedly triggered a decline in platform communication and lower app store ratings, ultimately stalling the organic expansion investors were led to expect.
