The company’s shift toward an AI-native infrastructure relies on the integration of its proprietary XuanJi execution layer. This system automates repetitive tasks ranging from insurance proposal generation to post-sale engagement, allowing human staff to focus on complex cases requiring nuanced judgment. According to CEO Ning Tang, embedding these agents into high-volume workflows provides a scalable foundation for the company’s expansion beyond traditional financial services.
Metrics from the current deployment highlight the scale of this transition. The Qingniao intelligent service system has pushed autonomous problem resolution to nearly 80%, while a dedicated quality-inspection agent now reviews over 2 million sales records every day. These automated oversight mechanisms contributed to a 35.97% year-over-year decline in total complaints, with the company maintaining a 100% resolution rate for all reported issues throughout 2025.
