The company’s quarterly results indicate sustained momentum, marking four consecutive quarters of growth in written, delivered, and comparable-store sales. Total sales rose 7.7%, while comparable-store sales increased by 8.0%. Gross profit margins also improved to 61.4%, benefiting from $1.5 million in IEEPA tariff refunds. Without these refunds, the margin would have settled at 60.7%, largely in line with previous performance.
Management is pressing forward with a strategic expansion plan, having recently opened new locations in Fenton, Missouri, and Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. The firm intends to open five additional stores and complete one relocation by year-end, bringing the total store count to 133. Plans to enter the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, market are expected to extend the company's retail footprint to 18 states. CEO Steven G. Burdette noted that the company’s balance sheet remains robust, with no outstanding debt and a credit facility recently increased to $100 million.
