Chamberlain is no stranger to the institution, having shaped the bank's investor relations strategy on a consulting basis for the past six years. David Taylor, Founder and President of VersaBank, noted that the transition is a natural evolution as the bank scales its operations. He credited Chamberlain with refining the firm’s investment thesis and building trust among analysts and shareholders during his tenure as a consultant.

With over three decades of experience in capital markets, Chamberlain previously served as a partner at LodeRock Advisors, where he helped build the firm into a prominent Canadian investor relations consultancy. His background also includes executive roles at various technology and financial firms, providing him with a specialized lens on the intersection of digital banking and cybersecurity. In his new capacity, he aims to further amplify the bank's unique market proposition, particularly as it continues to expand its Structured Receivable Program and proprietary digital asset initiatives across North America.
