He currently co-founded Skilly AI and has functioned as a strategic advisor for Betterbot since early 2026. CEO Zlatko Bogoevski noted that Pastor’s experience in scaling technology will be critical as the company pushes its autonomous leasing and maintenance workflows across larger portfolios.

Betterbot distinguishes itself from standard CRM add-ons by automating the entire resident lifecycle, from initial lead response to maintenance triage. By integrating Pastor into the board, the company aims to solidify its position among major operators like Greystar, Asset Living, and Cushman & Wakefield without requiring additional headcount.
