Spanning 1.3 acres, the project also incorporates 6,621 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Residents will gain access to high-end amenities, including a fitness center, golf simulator, and specialized wellness chambers for cryotherapy and sauna use.

ANOVA The Pearl serves as a residential anchor for The Pearl, a district developed through a public-private partnership led by Atrium Health and Wexford Science & Technology. The area is anchored by the Wake Forest University School of Medicine Charlotte. According to developers, the project is designed to foster a live-work-learn environment for researchers and health professionals. Construction is slated to begin this summer, with the building expected to welcome its first residents in the summer of 2028.
