Revolve Group Reports 12% Sales Growth in Second Quarter 2026

Revolve Group posted $347.4 million in net sales for the second quarter of 2026, marking a 12% increase year-over-year. The Los Angeles-based fashion retailer, which targets Millennial and Gen Z shoppers, saw its active customer base climb to 3.04 million, the highest growth rate reported by the company in nearly three years.

The retailer’s net income rose significantly to $18.6 million, up from $10.0 million in the same period last year. This bottom-line performance was bolstered by a $5.6 million reduction in the cost of sales linked to IEEPA tariff refunds. Without these one-time adjustments, the company still maintained a steady upward trajectory in its core segments, with REVOLVE sales growing 13% and FWRD sales increasing 11%.

Despite the revenue gains, operating costs saw an uptick. Marketing expenditures rose to $57.5 million as the company ramped up investments in new initiatives, including its namesake label, Revolve Los Angeles, and beauty collaborations. While international sales outperformed domestic growth at 16%, total fulfillment and distribution costs also increased, reflecting broader shipping rate pressures. Looking ahead, the company maintains its full-year 2026 outlook, navigating a complex macroeconomic landscape marked by inflationary pressures and geopolitical uncertainty.
