The collaboration centers on deploying Ascendion’s proprietary AAVA platform, an agentic AI system designed to handle high-volume technical workflows. By integrating these tools into Schreiber’s capability centers, the company intends to increase the speed of quality and food safety reporting while reducing overall technology costs. For the 10,000-employee workforce, the shift promises to replace manual data processing with automated agents, redirecting human effort toward high-level strategy and creative problem-solving.

Trevor Farrell, President of Schreiber Foods, noted that the move is a foundational step in maintaining service standards across 95 countries. The implementation will span operations in the United States, Mexico, India, Spain, and Poland. Sri Kantamneni, the company's Chief Information & Digital Officer, emphasized that the goal is not merely software modernization but the empowerment of employee-partners through smarter operational tools. Ascendion CEO Karthik Krishnamurthy characterized the partnership as a move to unlock the full potential of AI-native operations, with success measured by tangible improvements in plant-floor velocity and supply chain resilience.
