Bivial AG Launches Digital Share Capital Accounts to Streamline Incorporation

Founders in Switzerland can now bypass traditional banking delays when establishing a company by using Bivial AG’s new digital share capital account. The service automates the mandatory deposit process for GmbH and AG entities, replacing manual paperwork with an integrated online workflow designed to accelerate commercial registration.

Incorporating a business in Switzerland requires depositing share capital into a blocked account before a company can appear in the Commercial Register. This stage has historically involved physical documentation and time-consuming manual reviews. Bivial AG aims to resolve these bottlenecks by allowing founders and their advisers to manage the entire funding process through a single digital interface.

The system enables users to monitor shareholder contributions in real time and automatically generates the capital contribution confirmation once funds are verified. By integrating this platform directly into the workflows of fiduciaries and company-formation providers, Bivial removes the need for entrepreneurs to navigate disparate systems. CEO Martynas Bieliauskas noted that the goal is to shift the focus from coordinating administrative tasks to building the business itself.

Bivial AG, a financial institution regulated by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), targets digital entrepreneurs and e-commerce businesses. While the new accounts streamline the incorporation timeline for eligible GmbH and AG entities, processing remains subject to standard due-diligence requirements.
